The Edelweiss á la carte restaurant - the EdelSPEIS - serves everything that is fun to share with friends and family. We serve various fondues, large cuts and catches. Soup like grandma used to make from the big pot, often with smoke! Flambéing, carving - passing around allowed, stealing from the other plate encouraged. Wonderfully cosy living room atmosphere, only 6 large wooden tables - but with style, charm and a huge portion of cosiness.
