The Hotel Edelweiss has compiled the following entertainment programme for its guests in winter 2019/20:
The Hotel Flexen is being renovated, but the legendary "Tonis Einkehr" parties continue nonetheless – this year, they will be held with us at the Zürserl! As usual, there will be live music with Gegi Gabriel and the fantastic atmosphere that is the trademark of these events!
Every Friday from 4pm. Après-ski with Gegi Gabriel starts on 27/12/2019.
31/12/2019: Inntal Quartett in the restaurant and bar until midnight, then DJ Harry in the Zürserl. More information to follow! (Entry & reservations)
Look forward to a great number of events & highlights in Zürs & Lech!
Visit this seasonal market directly after a day's skiing, on snowy afternoons or for a leisurely after-dinner stroll. Right at the heart of the village of Lech, Christmas comes to life! Expect seasonal treats served up by the eateries of Lech as well as souvenirs and gifts. Insider tip: Have a nip of hot whiskey for a different taste of the season!
An immaculately timed fireworks show with music and lots of room for romantic moments. Prepare to be amazed – and amused! – by this unique spectacle that will transport you to hitherto unknown spheres. Look forward to a special kind of ballet show, which takes place under a different motto every year. In 2018, Robbie Williams set the agenda; in 2019, it was Elvis Presley's turn. We can't wait to see who 2020 has in store!
10pm | Edelweiß car park
Where speed is the only thing that counts! Unlike the race on 18/01/2020, this event is not about the fastest time, but about the fastest speed.
A highlight for all those who like it supersonic! Good to know: The first 100 starting positions of the "Der Weiße Ring" race are taken by the speed race winners.
1000 participants, 5 lifts, 5 downhill runs, an intense climb and a sophisticated ski route. In addition, there will be 220 volunteers, innumerable fans lining the tracks and an entire village taken over by racing fever! Groups of 20 will start every 100 seconds, covering the route that includes the Schüttbodenlift, Trittalpbahn and Madloch and leads around the Omeshorn all the way to Zug, in a time of just 45/45/28 (the men's record time from last year).
January was all about downhill – what counts now is the uphill challenge! The "Rüfi 900" is all about conquering the steepest ski route by climbing uphill. Participants may choose their own equipment, although motorised aids are not permitted. A one-of-a-kind challenge for ski tourers, trail runners, hikers, cross-country skiers and everything in between!
Soak up the springtime sun on the slopes in the morning, before heading for the afternoon wine tasting in the gondolas of the Auenfeld jet. The selection of precious wines to be tasted includes vintages from Hundsdorfer, Weingut Hagn, Weingut Trummer, Weingut Pluschkovits, Weingut Payr, Weingut P. Achs, Weingut Groiss, Weingut Topf, Weingut Mad Marienberg, Weingut Prieler, and many more.
