Read the dog etiquette guideThere are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces available. Right in front of the hotel entrance, two spaces are available for loading and unloading. Our caretaker will be happy to park your car. We store your car key securely in our hotel safe to ensure early-morning snow clearing. Garage space on request: €25 per night.
Yes, there is a public charging station right by the hotel entrance.
Our reception team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you go out in the evening, please take your key card with you; the hotel entrance is locked from 10:00 PM.

Dinner begins at 7:00 PM, and we take your food orders until 9:00 PM.
Yes, the “Edelspeis” restaurant. In a wonderfully cozy living room atmosphere, the best of Austrian cuisine is served. Style, charm, and a huge portion of coziness.
It’s not that easy, as the Flexenhäusl is fully booked on most days. Peter Dobner, our hut host, who has been creating a great atmosphere at the Flexenhäusl for 11 winters, will be happy to receive your request via WhatsApp at +43 664 3994122 and will do his best to secure a spot for you. In the evenings at 8:00 PM sharp, exclusively Fondue Chinoise and for adults only. The Flexenhäusl is excellent for birthday celebrations and other parties. A good atmosphere is guaranteed.
The Flexenhäusl can accommodate a maximum of 45 people for dining.

Yes, every guest receives breakfast. If you have to depart very early, you will receive a packed lunch. Please order the evening before.
Yes, of course. If you have booked “edel-GOLD” (half-board) and choose to dine in one of our restaurants (Edelspeis or Flexenhäusl), we will refund the full €65.00. If you eat out, we will refund €20.00, provided you cancel by 12:00 PM at reception or with our restaurant manager. Unconsumed breakfasts are not refunded.
With pleasure. You can either have the 5-course evening menu in the hotel restaurant or dine à la carte in the Edelspeis. We also serve various dishes at the Edelweiss Bar. However, a reservation is required, as only half-board guests automatically have a reserved table.
Our à la carte restaurant “Edelspeis” is also open to external guests. If you have booked edel-GOLD and have visitors: We will be happy to set an extra place at your table and charge for the menu.
The edel-GOLD package includes our rich buffet breakfast as well as the 5-course evening menu including a salad buffet. A table is automatically reserved for you for dinner. For breakfast, you have free choice of seating.
We celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve in style with suits or evening dresses; otherwise, it’s sporty-casual.
No-gos: shorts, flip-flops, or sandals.
We try to reserve the best possible table for you in advance. You are welcome to let us know your preferences beforehand, which we will fulfill if possible; sometimes this is not possible on the first day if the table is already occupied. However, we will always find a nice table for you.
Please inform us of your intolerances in good time. We can fulfill many requests, but we cannot cater to every single allergy individually, especially if we only find out at short notice.
You will find a variety of vegetarian dishes at the breakfast buffet.
For dinner, we offer at least the following daily:

Yes, we offer room service from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch menu from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Drinks are available at any time. Room service surcharge per delivery: €6.00 for drinks, €12.00 for food service.
New Year’s Eve is a must; otherwise weekly on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM, or for private parties on request.
The bar is open daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Dogs are allowed in a separate area, the Edelspeis, during breakfast. In the evening, they are only allowed at the bar or in the lounge.

No, the Edelweiss is not accessible. Neither the rooms nor the public areas. Circa 1856.
Every room is equipped with a hairdryer and fluffy hand and bath towels. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are from the “natural remedies” line, vegan hotel cosmetics.
A few rooms at Hotel Edelweiss have a balcony. We can guarantee this in the Single Room Economy category. For Junior Suites and Superior Suites, please let us know if you’d like a balcony. There are no double rooms with a balcony!

Almost (!) ski-in & ski-out. It’s 180 m to the valley station of the Trittkopfbahn, and your ski day ends behind our car park. Just cross the road.
Yes – the Edelweiss is a ski-out hotel, and Zürs is practically ski-in/ski-out throughout. The Trittkopfbahn is only about 180 meters away: boots on, step outside, and head up the mountain.
From Zürs, you can reach the connected Ski Arlberg ski area including Lech, St. Anton, Stuben, Warth, and Schröcken. A total of 305 kilometers of slopes await your next turns.
The blue, free ski bus stops right in front of the house – whichever direction you want to go.
Yes, with a valid ski pass the ski bus is free of charge.
Multi-day ski passes (from 2 days) are available at reception. Day and half-day passes are available at any lift ticket office and online.
Every ski pass, regardless of how long it’s valid for, is valid for the entire Ski Arlberg ski area.
Yes, and what a one. One you’ve probably never seen before. Off you go with your gear into the locker jungle in the Zürserl. Heated, scented and ventilated.
Easy, without stepping outside, right here in Hotel Edelweiss: For over 30 years, Sport Falch in the basement has taken care of ski rentals and service – directly opposite our ski room. There, a private, lockable, heated ski locker awaits for every room – right in the middle of the Zürserl Nightclub.

You’ll find a fluffy Edelweiss bathrobe in your wardrobe. If you didn’t pack slippers, you can get free terry slippers at reception. If you want to stroll through the Edelweiss in a sexy way, you can buy a pair of Sexyletten in the Edelweiss Shop (€25 per pair). Sauna towels are available directly in the Capri Spa.
