Turn of the year:

Between 24.12.2025 – 10.01.2026, a cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival will not be charged – your downpayment will be refunded (minus a 2 % handling fee).

In case of a later cancellation, we will charge the following fees:

• 29 days – 21 days prior to your arrival– 30% cancellation fee
• 20 days – 8 days prior to your arrival– 60% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days prior to your arrival date or no-show – 90% cancellation fee

For all other dates during the season:

A cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival is without any charges, your downpayment will be refunded less a 2 % handling fee. In case of a later cancellation, we will charge 90% of your booked arrangement.

For groups up to 10 rooms:

• A cancellation 90 days prior to arrival of the whole group is free of charge (less a 2 % handling fee)
• 89 days – 70 days prior to arrival - 30% cancellation fee (downpayment)
• 69 days – 50 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
• 49 days – 30 days prior to arrival – 80% cancellation fee
• 29 days and less – 90% cancellation fee (A deviation of 10% of the total number of rooms is calculated without a cancellation fee until the day of arrival.)

Our cancellation conditions are very accommodating and will also be strictly adhered. This also applies to late arrivals or early departures. We will keep your room available for you and plan all necessary resources. We are also aware that something can always come in between. Therefore, we highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance.
