Hold on my dear friends. There is a lot of news to report. On the one hand, we have changed the classic fixed dinner menu, for an à la carte dinner. There is only one thing to do für you - reserve your table! Choose the best from the best, just as you like it. 

Edelweiss Restaurant: In the wildly fantastic, newly redesigned restaurant of 2022, you'll relish the exceptional cuisine of Stefan Reichel. Picture giraffes adorning the wallpaper and leopards traversing the carpet while enjoying dishes featuring meats, fish, and imaginative vegetarian creations. Expect Austrian and international classics prepared to the highest standards, alongside rare and specialty items tailored to your desires.

At your table, you have the choice of embracing one of our daily rotating 4- or 5-course menus or indulging in à la carte dining. Oh, and a little insider's tip – our wine cellar holds quite a treasure trove! Our sommelier, Josef Anton, has quite a few rarities up his sleeve.
