The Edelweiss Restaurant is for our in-house guests. And it’s many things at once. Sometimes quiet. Sometimes lively. Sometimes an intimate group. Sometimes a long banquet table. Flexible spaces, different parlours—always a little different. Depending on what the evening calls for. From breakfast in edel-WEISS to an evening in edel-GOLD.
Guests with the GOLD package enjoy the Edelweiss gourmet breakfast and, in the evening, daily changing 4- or 5-course menus, the occasional themed night, or favourite dishes.
Oh, and just a little tip—our wine cellar has quite a lot to offer, too! Our sommelier has more than a few rarities up his sleeve.
Our breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A continental late-riser breakfast is served from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edelweiss Bar.
If you have booked the “edel-GOLD” (half-board) package, a table is automatically reserved for you every day.
Dinner begins at 7:00 PM, and we take your food orders until 9:00 PM.
Yes, the “Edelspeis” restaurant. In a wonderfully cozy living room atmosphere, the best of Austrian cuisine is served. Style, charm, and a huge portion of coziness.
It’s not that easy, as the Flexenhäusl is fully booked on most days. Peter Dobner, our hut host, who has been creating a great atmosphere at the Flexenhäusl for 11 winters, will be happy to receive your request via WhatsApp at +43 664 3994122 and will do his best to secure a spot for you. In the evenings at 8:00 PM sharp, exclusively Fondue Chinoise and for adults only. The Flexenhäusl is excellent for birthday celebrations and other parties. A good atmosphere is guaranteed.
The Flexenhäusl can accommodate a maximum of 45 people for dining.

Yes, every guest receives breakfast. If you have to depart very early, you will receive a packed lunch. Please order the evening before.
Yes, of course. If you have booked “edel-GOLD” (half-board) and choose to dine in one of our restaurants (Edelspeis or Flexenhäusl), we will refund the full €65.00. If you eat out, we will refund €20.00, provided you cancel by 12:00 PM at reception or with our restaurant manager. Unconsumed breakfasts are not refunded.
With pleasure. You can either have the 5-course evening menu in the hotel restaurant or dine à la carte in the Edelspeis. We also serve various dishes at the Edelweiss Bar. However, a reservation is required, as only half-board guests automatically have a reserved table.
Our à la carte restaurant “Edelspeis” is also open to external guests. If you have booked edel-GOLD and have visitors: We will be happy to set an extra place at your table and charge for the menu.
The edel-GOLD package includes our rich buffet breakfast as well as the 5-course evening menu including a salad buffet. A table is automatically reserved for you for dinner. For breakfast, you have free choice of seating.
We celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve in style with suits or evening dresses; otherwise, it’s sporty-casual.
No-gos: shorts, flip-flops, or sandals.
We try to reserve the best possible table for you in advance. You are welcome to let us know your preferences beforehand, which we will fulfill if possible; sometimes this is not possible on the first day if the table is already occupied. However, we will always find a nice table for you.
Please inform us of your intolerances in good time. We can fulfill many requests, but we cannot cater to every single allergy individually, especially if we only find out at short notice.

Yes, we offer room service from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch menu from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Drinks are available at any time. Room service surcharge per delivery: €6.00 for drinks, €12.00 for food service.
New Year’s Eve is a must; otherwise weekly on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM, or for private parties on request.
The bar is open daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Dogs are allowed in a separate area, the Edelspeis, during breakfast. In the evening, they are only allowed at the bar or in the lounge.
