Bring me Edelweiss. Egg of the Day in the morning. Maybe just a quick espresso at lunch. Four courses in the evening. And yes, the best schnitzel in town is definitely on the menu. After that? Bar. Discussions. One glass too many. And when the music takes over at Zürserl, you’d better not go to bed before midnight. From breakfast until well past late. This isn’t just about eating. This is where things happen.
At Edelweiss, it all starts quite innocently. With coffee. Egg of the Day. View of the slopes. And the quiet certainty that the day has a lot in store.
In the evening, things get more serious. Four courses in the restaurant, classics on the plate, one glass of wine more than planned. If you prefer à la carte, you’ll end up at the well-known and popular EdelSPEIS. And after that? A quick stop at the Edelweiss Bar. Or straight on to Zürserl.
The ski day is done. The ski boots are in storage, cheeks still red from the mountain. Time for the pleasant part. A drink to settle in, another one for discussion, and suddenly there’s a round on the table that nobody actually wanted to order.
At the Edelweiss Bar, Zürs comes together – guests, locals, stories from the ski day and plans for the night. Classics in a glass, good conversations at the bar and that moment when you realize it’s much later than you thought.
For many skiers, the real reason to go on a ski vacation, to turn their backs on home. To devote themselves fully to the delicacies from all the pots and pans. To surrender to the pleasure and passion of really good food.
From early morning until late in the evening. Naturally for purely athletic reasons – to have enough strength to meet the challenges of the high alpine day.
The Edelspeis is our elegant little sister – a place for connoisseurs seeking something special. Here we serve the best of Austrian cuisine and delicious fondue specialties, celebrated with charm, style and a wink.
And because true connoisseurs know that the perfect dish also requires the right drop: Restaurant manager Tom Lagger keeps many a rarity in his wine cellar – and opens them with pleasure for all who want to go on a journey of discovery.
